Phone Consultation
Share about your needs, goals, and basic medical history and learn more about our functional fitness programs. Ready to take the next step? Schedule a physical assessment and get started with your Movement Specialist.

Initial Session
The initial physical assessment looks at posture, flexibility, strength, balance, and endurance. Based on your goals and the results of the assessment, your Movement Specialist will craft a personalized movement program that adapts as you do.

Ongoing Sessions
At the start of each session, vital signs are taken and recorded in a personal log. Your Movement Specialist will guide you through your customized plan with exercises chosen to maximize results. Ongoing sessions last approximately 50 to 60 minutes.
